this is ******ed instead of being happy Pac is bringing in non-boxing fans into the sport, you gonna complain about it. And People wonder why MMA is growing fast while boxings been stagnant. Yeah Geniuses continue to alienate non-boxing fans from the sport, Boxing should only be for the handful of dedicated boxing fans.

The fighters don't care how much the fans know about boxing, all the fighter need to know is that they are rooting for him and giving him the support. The fans don't need to win, this fight is not between the fans, it's only 2 of them in the ring. By you knowing more about boxing than Pacman fans, does it help Cotto win?
Oh by the way, did you also happen to ask the same questions to the Puerto Rican fans. You are very biased if you didn't, and don't give me a lie with your answer. The fans in those events are most likely casual fans. Those questions also relates more as to what do you know about who the boxers are, not about knowing boxing. If you asked the guys about boxing as in real boxing, about actual fights or knowing how to fight, you'd be surprised what you'd learn. A lot of Filipinos are into boxing, unfortunately they are not exposed to boxing outside of the country, and those you met, chances are, they just got to the U.S. How about you, do you know any of the boxers in the Philippines that haven't been exposed to the U.S.?
You mean to say when Cotto fights at Madison Square Garden there are 20,000 Puerto Rican boxing experts?
