Not true, sometimes the DA offers a plea agreement becuase they dont have time to investigate the offender knows he could get more time so usally settles with the offer, once he agrees they dont need to investigate he has admitted his guilt and signed the agreement.

However the onlything Margaritos trainer admitted to was using an old knuckle pad from the gym, there was no admitting to using a banned substance.

Okay so if it wasnt gauze then what was it exactly???? you cant say it wasnt gauze and not know what it was, if you know for a fact it wasnt gauze then you obviously know what it is.

Why do you think that when Richardson and the inspector discovered the knuckle pad inserts, that Javier Capetillo was never allowed to see the evidence confiscated?

You would think that the inspector would have directed himself to Capetillo and Margarito and asked, "What is this?
Why is it firm and moist?

......but instead, without Capetillo even knowing what the fuss was about, the confiscated pad, gets put in a bag and then given to the Mosely camp for them to pass it around from hand to hand without any of the CSAC inspectors present.......

The whole Mosely camp is allowed in private to pass around the items confiscated, but Capetillo was never allowed to even see it?

Can you all explain why the hell this happened????



.....and btw guys, the fact that this happened, leads me to believe that if Margarito wants to appeal to a higher court of law, he willg get this case thrown out against him.

The evidence was so atrociously mishandled, that any court in the land is going to have no choice but to throw it out!

When the evidence was discovered, everyone in Mosely's camp gets to handle it, but Javier Capetillo was'nt allowed to even see it, much less defend himself as to why it was there?????:-(
