    Hey guys, heres the story:

Ive had two boxing gyms close down in the last couple months, and in the process, my newer-ish gloves disappeared. So, ive been doing my bad drills and lifting at my school's gym using some old everlast gloves I used in high school. So, these gloves have no wrist support left and I really hurt my wrist (I have girl wrists, they always get messed up).

So, Im looking for recommendations on workouts, lifting exercises to do that wont mess up my wrist anymore and allow it to heal. I dont want to mess up this great pattern im on.

Anything you can do without using your hands basically, if you actually want it to heal :)

I hate wrist injuries. Well, honestly I hate injuries but who doesn't... The best thing is to let it heal. If you have to excericise than I recommend you use a band for your wrist. You should wrap it firmly around your wrist and it will add support and take away some of the stress the exercises put on the wrists. If you don't have one they are very cheap and you should be able to find them in any pharmacy. Good Luck.
