He's an ok fighter. Not exceptional in any department but he's tricky.

Zab is by far a better fighter than Peterson...even now. Peterson is a good fringe contender....like a gate keeper...he will test prospects...even beat them but this is a tune up for Amir.... I will be surprised if Kahn ends up like he did for the Prescott fight.

Peterson's draw with Ortiz is better then anything Judah has done in 5 years. Name the last good fighter that Judah beat that wasnt a robbery, i,e Mattyssee. If Judah got knocked down like Peterson did he would have quit.

I see Khan winning. But he'll look bad doing so. I think the fight will be 8-4 type of decision with alot film session afterwards for Roach.

Hold up .... I wouldn't say that. I have always (ill admit) liked Zab as a boxer but I dont know if he is better than peterson. Say what you want but Petreson has a much better inside game, SLIGHTLY better chin, and seems to have more discipline as well as stamina.

Zab has him on speed, reflexes and counter punching ....... but I think Peterson will have better career.

And the same can be said about Zab as far as being someone who will never beat the best in the division ( w/ excetion of C. Spinks)

imo peterson cant draw khan in a counter him. khan is tall, long armed and very fast. plus he's very disciplined now. he doesn't dive in too much. he pops that jab out and follows up with one or two shots and gets out of range.

peterson does move his head but he likes to stand and trade with you. plus he's never faced a fighter with khans hand speed. khan will have so much joy with head shots in this fight imo.

We dont know that. Zab Judah isnt the type of fighter to keep up with Khan. Zab is shot and he's never been good with guys who throw a bunch of punches anyway. Peterson is young and can keep up with Khan.

We have seen Khan lose himself technically ala againt Maidana which was only 2 fights ago.

Possibly. I think he'll land alot of leather on Peterson. But I think Peterson will catch Khan out of position a few times aswell.

I think you give too much verify to Vic, therefore over estimate Peterson's abilities. He's good but he won't be pulling off any upsets or coming out of this fight were his stock goes up even in a loss. The fight between Zab and Mattyssee wasn't a robbery....it was a close fight where Zab won based on an early lead. So that win was better than Peterson's draw with Vic....whom was coming off that Miadana fight not long before that...Peterson and Vic are basically on the same level....so is Zab but he's got the style to **** Peterson up.

Yeah it was. It wasnt horrendous but Mattyssee deserved the decision. Zab was totally out of the fight in the championship rounds.

How is his style to **** up Peterson? He cant move his feet anymore. He's stationary, and he throws one shot at a time. The last guy he beat that was anything like Peterson was Spinks 6 years ago. Since then the only guys he's beaten handidly are come forward club fighters.

Ortiz would beat Zab Judah easy. Zab wouldnt be able to handle his power.

I think Khan will have problems with Peterson. Peterson has good technical skill. I have to watch more tape on Peterson though.

:deal I agree. I would lean heavily towards a Khan win, but Lamont should make him work for it. Kid does have very solid technical skills.
