Well, to put it bluntly, when we do ab exercises as a class at my boxing gym, it's almost like a rest. Push-ups, planks, etc. all come from yoga. The static holds are the hardest. The flows are actually a lot easier. It also helps your breathing.
you may want to try bikram yoga if you want to burn a few more calories and break more of a heavy sweat. bikram yoga is basically yoga in a sauna. they heat the room to around 105 degrees allowing you to really push when stretching. plus the hot females in yoga pants will now be literally dripping with sweat.:thumbsup
Nah I feel weak as **** at my current weight (could be I haven't trained for almost a year though) so not looking to lose weight atm.
you get your sexy back. plus you get to feel like the weirdo guy staring at all the hot chicks in class. in reality this type of training will not help your boxing skills.
