WBA doesn't sanction WBA International titles. WBA Interntional body is an affiliate...and is as is in most cases a private (family) enterprise. I could, if I wanted to, approach WBA & seek membership with my newly formed WBA Asia Pacific organisation. get real!!!!! probably every single promotion would have fine print saying that details can change without having to notify. its called insurance cause too many things could change between announsment of tha card up until fightnight. so its tough luck. the fight went ahead, but altered a bit. big deal. like i said before, everybody who paid for 12 would have paid if they thought it was 10 anyway. so suck it up,
