    He was Fighting Bud Crawford thats what was wrong with him.

    Spence would have always been beat by Crawford, but a non-corpse Spence wouldn't have been annihilated the way he was. He might have even dropped or stopped Crawford.

    Spence fought a guy coming up 2 weight divisions and failed to stop him, knock him down, or even hurt him and it was praised as a good boxing performance. Meanwhile GGG demolished Brook and he gets criticized for taking the biggest punch Brook ever landed and walking through it. Then Spence fans turn around and rate the Damaged and weight drained Brook GGG demolished as a win worthy of putting Spence on the top 10 p4p list. But when Spence looses in a division he's having a hard time making weight in then it doesn't count.

    Just Spence fans being hypocrites and overrating their idol.

    Yeah… it didn’t take much to see Spence wasnt fully there before the first bell even rang… but I don’t see him beating Bud anyway. Against a lesser fighter, Spence probably would have gotten himself going.

    I don’t see what so hard about acknowledging this while also giving Bud his props? I mean, if we’re gonna make it seem like Spence is worthless and got dominated because “levels”, then I guess Buds ranking shouldn’t change much based on that win too, right?

    Yet it has, and we have people saying he can move up and beat Canelo, is p4p #1, etc….. at least be consistent….

    Yep. The entire PBC universe spent 5 years “marinating” this fight for a reason, they knew something their nuthuggers didn’t. All the stupid post-fight excuses in the world ain’t gonna change that.

    I’m honestly not entirely sure it’s a given Crawford would beat a healthy prime Spence…I’d favour him, but gotta take into account Crawfords resume is very shallow
