Arreola can't be top ten. He has never beaten anyone in the top 20. His one fight with a top-10 fighter was a hideous one-sided beating. He falls further than that.

Just outside looking in: Meehan, Johnson, Gomez, Oquendo, Solis

Oquendo-Solis winner probably takes a spot in the top 10, Tua-Cameron winner may take a spot in the top 15 depending on how they look.

good list... Haye is placed perfectly in my eyes, being the most dangerous heavy out there doesnt make you the most proven:good

Johnson, Boytsov and Haye also haven't beaten anyone in the HW top 20, so what's your point? If that's the basis you went on right now, you'd only be able to rank about 8 fighters.

That was an oversight. I'd probably have him at 11 or 12. He HAS looked like crap lately though, and it's not like he has any particularly great wins.

Also, on a head to head basis, I think most of those guys beat him.

Povetkin , Chambers, and Chagev would all beat Haye BTW.
I wont go past 6. Chagaev might beat both Povetkin and Chambers.

I think you transplant Valuev into any division and he'll be hard to deal with solely owing to his size.

Take Arreola and put him in that era, he's as big, if not bigger than any of the fighters there.

Take Povetkin who is technically as astute as any fighter in that list with the exception of Frazier and Ali.

Wladimir and Vitali would beat everyone from that list, including Ali.

But they haven't lost their only fight with a top 10 either... Arreola has. The others you mention have yet to be so exposed.
