As soon as I saw the fight night weights and the shape that JMM came in at I knew the weight wasn't going to be the issue that a lot of people thought it might. Marquez was (IIRC?) 152, outweighed Pac and was pretty solid looking at the weight.

Not a P4P List fan normally but if i was to go with a list i'd go for consistency over period of 18-24 months. For some they pick who they think is best fighter and some pick who's got best resume over a period of time. For me Pac hangs onto top spot because of the wins in a 2 year period. Even though many weren't the same as they were there names and amount just help him over JMM.

Remember Hatton used to say he was fighting for P4P title but that's not how it goes IMO.

Ah right, I stand corrected. Still 150, heavier than Pac and looking good at the weight was a good sign.

 

Even still! With his frame you wouldn't expect Juan to be pushing 11 stone.
