This one was hard to figure out. But Jones looks pumped up. To be honest I am rooting for Jones in this one, and I think he has a chance. Roy is trying to get Bernard out of his fight plan.

Hopkins wasnt scared, he was just calm before the storm.
As much as i like Roy, he is completely finished as a fighter, unfortunately. Hopefully this will be his last fight.

:nono No. I wouldn't go that far.

I just think he was a little disappointed that Roy wasn't timid at all. But you never know. Sometimes fighters that seem timeless, get old overnight (Hop?:huh). And sometimes fighters who are old, have a performance for the ages (Roy?:huh). If both of these happen on the same night, and Roy manages to avoid any bombs, then Hop is going to sleep.

    But I doubt it.

I think Jones will have a bit of a boost, as Hopkins can't crack like some of the guys that have starched him.

    When was BHop's last KO?

Green is nowhere near Hopkins in talent. But he can crack.

I make nothing special of it, Hopkins looked like he was about to go off and he controlled himself by stepping off, knowing he's gonna have it tonight.

What do YOU think he wants to do, give him a nice big hug? Hopkins is going to mutilate Jones.

Also it's very funny how people are trying make it out as Hopkins is afraid. Come on. Hopkins was all business at the weigh-in, while Jones was busy playing with the played out, already done Easter basket joke. While Jones was talking about, this one has marshmallow inside, and this one is covered in chocolate, bla bla bla, Hopkins just walked off. I thought it made Jones look foolish.:good

I think it's Hopkins trying to make fans think he's scared - Looking at the reaction of some people, it's worked. I wouldn't pay for this fight, but if I was a Jones fan, I may look at this and think "My man can win" solely because of what Hopkins did. He wants us to think he's scared, so people buy the fight. Assuming he didn't back down, there would be one less talking point.

It's not even just there either. In every interview he's seemed overconfident, the true sig of a bully. Then when he looks at Jones' physique and looks into his eyes, he backs down.

Hopkins has just figured out how to hype a fight properly.

Sadly, this is just hype. In the ring there is going to be a one-sided battering.
