He's a top 10 guy, on the border of the bottom 10. He's still young. If he keep improving and pick the right fights, he may even pick up a title after Usyk & Fury retires.
I've always liked watching Ajagba fight. I enjoyed his rise up the ladder and his big KOs. I was impressed with Ajagba giving Fury a black eye in sparring just before Fury got Covid and cancelled the Wilder fight. I always felt that cancellation had more to do with Fury getting knocked around in sparring than anything else. I was also impressed with Frank Sanchez for being to floor and decision him because Ajagba didn't seem like an easy out for anyone. Now, it looks like Ajagba is back on track. I think he gives any top 10 heavyweight a hard night, especially brawlers.
A tall fighter with incredible reach, but it seems to me that he still hesitates to fully use his power.
Wtf. A black eye in sparring impresses you does it like that matters at all!! Fury and Ajagba could fight 100 times and I'd be surprised if Ajagba even won a round
His jab is a lot better, and that jab to the body was fantastic. That kind of body work will separate him from other heavyweights if he focuses on it, he clearly has a proficiency with hurting guys to the body.
He'd be a top five Fury opponent, so bet your life it'll never happen. Fury will look to fight the usual suspects, plus you can now add Dubois and Kassabutskiy to his wish list.
