Its on channel 4 in UK and think its on in other countrys as well. On in the early hours so I always SKY+ it. Good show.

Its a canny little show, I got it on season link on my sky plus. Its only half an hour so it doesn't take up loads of time and has a few decent clips on. I generally like the fact that's they put on some of the young boxers in Britain that you can't find footage of elsewhere.
I like the way they dont bull**** the viewer, they will call a fighter a punchbag if that's what he is and they'll call a title worthless or a trinket if its true. They dont bow down to the ABCs
they had a fight from south africa about 4 years ago which i cant find which is the best match i have ever seen. edit: the fight was Luyolo Katiya - Mzukiseni Lengesi ****ing crazy match. katiya is a tall stand up light heavy throwing long jabs and crosses. lengesi is a sloppy overhand right swinger. katiya knocks lengesi with a 1-2-1-2 he then goes for him leaves his left hand out for a bit too long then gets whacked by a right hand and faceplants into the floor breaking nose on impact. gets up and saved by the bell. 2nd round starts and lengesi goes for him tagging him with tons of shots they clinch they break up and lengesi throws the over hand right. katiya lands the hardest single jab i have ever seen which breaks the guys nose, rams the mouthpiece into the camera and sparking him out cold on his feet with the inertia of right spinning him to the canvas. if i had £50 i would pay for someone to find it. it was amazing. i prolly rose tint it but still
ive not watched it for years, due to the time its on. i watched manny pacquiao fight on it once, he ko'd that 3-k battery guy, whatever his name is. great ko though.
