You don't happen to be a trainer by any chance do you?

That is some profound and powerful information you just
    unloaded.

    Have you been in hibernation?

Cotto has been publicly calling for the rematch.

Cotto needs to do what he did last time..

...but punch, then clinch. Punch, then clinch. When Margarito starts throwing them wide combos, just clinch and then restart.

It'll be messier and not anywhere near as good as the first fight, but his only chance of winning.

that fight needs to happens as bad as a rematch with jones-calzaghe....

rematches are fought when both guys give and take and the fight was close or controversial
none of that is the case...time to move on

I believe the plan is to keep the fight in the center of the ring with Cotto using his forearms to deflect the body shots and uppercuts
    similar to how Duran did.

Cotto won't be on his bicycle.

Margie will be the recipient of many more body shots.

Miguel Cotto has made note of the fact that he couldn't plant any body shots on Margarito. If you re-watch their fight, Margarito seems to have his elbows tucked in, protecting his ribs. Very subtle.

    You and me both!!!

Should be a great fight.....I wouldn't mind if Cotto threw a few
punches south of the border this time.

Cotto said you can't land body shots on Margarito, he covers his body and exposes his chin, making you head hunt.

Margarito hits the arms a lot with his offence anyway, I think that's what tires his opponents.

The key is definitely to clinch and slow Margarito's offence up.

I would give Cotto a good shot if he smartly clinches and works more on his lateral movement. Of course both for the purpose of conserving stamina. It's definitely possible. But it has to come together.

Cotto hits to the body and arms as well....Margie is not impervious to
being hit to the body....Cotto will jab his body and use straight punches
to the breadbasket then eventually he will deploy his patented left hook
to the gut and possibly some kidney punches if the ref isn't on top of it.

I really want to see Cotto throw a few low blows right where it counts
just for good measure and to knock that cheezzy smirk off Margie's mug.
