:think He did. He should have dominated and taken him out (or at least according to most posters here) but it was his toughest fight.

Good post, although I would put Geale slightly ahead of Sir Gayo when he gets starched by Chavez Jr.:D

Should have taken him out? Ishida, who's never been stopped, and went twelve with PTP? :think

No, par was set at "outclass him and win all but a couple of rounds", and he finished within par.

He didn't really struggle all that much, I'd say Maciel was tougher and trickier. Maciel, Martirosyan, and Jacobs are all better names on his resume.

Failing to do what nobody's ever done and stop Ishida isn't really a valid detraction of Pirog.

:yep Of course, GGG (and maybe Maravilla) would probably knock Ishida out...but then, I have them both ahead of Pirog. :hey

You do realise Mundine beat me, and beat Soliman 3 times? (Savagely beat soliman down baaaaad)
He would easily beat anyone other than GGG and Martinez

Martinez, Chavez Jr and the rest (maybe Geale), **** category. In a decent division, Golovkin wouldn't be in first 6-7.

I find it idiotic that someone would leave JCC Jr out of the top 3 MW. No disrespect to anyone but Jr wrecks Pirog and GGG, while solid, hasn't really shown what he's capable of good or bad.

That is about how I see it now. But look out for Geale in the future.

I'm not that sure. Golovkin is very open and Sergio hits hard. The fight is very hard to predict IMAO. I can see Sergio exploiting Golovkin defensive flaws.
