Boxing rank is not what you think might happen when they fight. Rather what you have done and accomplished fighting great opposition.So at ww resume wise id go.

Good list although I might switch Danny for Thurman.
#1 and #2 are also interchangeable for me but it’s hard to just pick one.

If I judge them on recent activity (last three fights)

If I were to judge them on how I feel they would do against each other right now, the order would be

Garcia seems to be ranked pretty high for someone who very little at that weight (that applies to both Mikey and Danny)

1) Pac (would be Spence but I don't see him fighting any time soon)
2) Crawford (FWIW I think he beats Pac, but the Thurman W is better than anything Bud done yet)
3) Ugas (I thought he beat Porter)
4) Porter
5) Thurman

The rest is a bit of a toss up between guys who are yet to prove themselves and decent contenders. I guess you could have Danny at the top of that pile. I think Besputin looks good, Kava will come again and that Jamal James is quite underrated. It's an odd division.
