You're chris Eubanks new trainer: where do you start?

    ban his dad from the gym and from coming within speaking distance to me.

    He needs Apollo Creed to teach him how to stick & move. Needs to get some looseness & some flexibility.
    You get him in the gym and you have him shadowbox slow and work on his technique for hours & hours. Footwork & jab. He's a good athlete so i'm sure he could pick new skills up fairly quickly if he wanted to.

    When Manny Steward trained Wlad Klitschko he started from the ground and worked his way up. Manny had Wlad doing footwork only drills in his first sessions with him. Back to the basics.

    Wlad wasn't too proud to go back to the basics and neither should Eubank Jnr.
