Well I heard/saw plenty of him and think he is great. Of course he trained because he was in the team, so you can't just decide to not go train, then you are out. You might be right about the fact the he wasn't very disciplined though.

    Peace

No see he used to train yeah, but he wasn't very dischiplined so he would usually not be on the team roster because him an Sagarra didnt get along very well, but everybody knew what he was capable of, so Sagarra would suspend him all the time whenever he did something stupid wish lead to him missing alot of training and so meanwhile he would be out partying and drinking all the time, and during the time were he wasent training they would be working hard with some kid in his weight to try and take his spot but as soon as he came back he would fight and always knock them out and take his spot right back again... he was a hard kid to deal with thats why he never go the exposure that other starts got... but he was really good

Truly spoken! Gamboa is a feast for the eyes of any box aficionado.

Solis was the big name of the trio who came over to Germany.
Bartholomy wont make it IMO.Solis has a huge potential, but hasnt set the world on fire yet.Gamboa? Box fans are crazy for him.He is a superstar in the making!
I very much hope that his management advises him to get rid of those gold chains and american style outfit which makes him look like one of those ridiculous American gangster clowns. He is a nice and likeable human being, but people here in europe-generally spoken-dont like this kind of ludicrous clothes. He could be as big as the Klitschko brothers here in europe if his promoter and advisers do a proper job.

Can't agree more with you odo!

About barthelemy: I don't know.. he's tough.. he's quick But he's about 32 if I am right. That's freaking old for that weight.
But at the games in atlanta he looked amazing when in his prime. Check the final out. Unbelievable this footwork and speed:shock:
Now he looks like a shell of his former self unfortunately..
