Kahn is in for a rude awakening come the 23rd July. If anyone thinks he's simply going to get into the ring with Judah and steam roll him to the floor they got another thing coming. If kahn struggled with a southpaw second rate boxer of mccloskey's caliber, then he won't be able to handle judah's awkwardness and speed. He'll be boxed right back to his home in bolton
Not true. Zab showed unprecedented focus in determination against Mabuza when he started coming on strong and giving Zab fits. Historically, Zab lost focus once things have stopped going his way. For the first time ever, he persevered and that speaks volumes to the fact that we HAVE seen improvement. Judah always had the tools, he was just a mental midget inside the ring. He believes in Sweet Pea and Pernell is one of the greatest minds in boxing. The fact that Zab believes in him and has already shown KEY improvements is reason to cause concern for Roach and the rest of Team Khan. I'm expecting a fantastic fight, but at the end of the day I like Khan via razor thin split decision that some will claim controversy over.
Good point, I think it will be an interesting fight for sure. Can you really read into a new sense of perseverence for Zab by one beautifull counter though? I too see it as a close points win for Khan.
Bit late in the day though. Khans preperation is nothing short of maticullous and hes got nearly 10 years on Zab. Cant see it making a whole lot of diference to the result. Hes not going to beat Amir for fitness
hmm Victor Conte is building an impressive stable of fighters... Andre Ward, Nonito Donare, Zab Judah, im sure he has some more.. he has them all using the High Altitude mask that increases oxygen to Red Blood Cells.. Helps build Endurance too.. Maybe Judah wont fade in this fight.....
you guys are going to look pretty stupid the day after the fight. Zab hasn't won anything of note since beating Spinks in 2005 and has gift against Matthyse, and you all talking like he's the second coming of Roy Jones? Please.
Doesn't need to beat him for fitness. Simply needs to improve his endurance. If he does this, it'll do wonders for his confidence and increase his activity. Judah is the better boxer in this fight. If his endurance capacity has increased at all, sorry fellas, Khan's in trouble...:bbb
Hopefully he won't need it but it'll be great for future fights. I expect the fight to go less than 4 in Judah's favor.:good
