He'll probably end up fighting Pulev or Charr

I imagine Fury will be over the moon with this news.

More 'dramatic big news announcements' from Fury, again dissipating to a damp squib.

    A boring and disappointing champion.

I can really see Pulev getting the nod. He beat Hughie so it gives Tyson an opportunity to avenge his cousin and they will say the only reason Chisora got a decision win over him was due to all the previous fights Chisora was robbed in so they gave it to Chisora even though Pulev edged it. Frank will also say let's see how Fury deals with Pulev compared to how Joshua dealt with him.

I'm flabber-gasted! Fury picked his pastry and now they won't let him have it. Karma from the boxing gods. Ruiz seems like a real pos behind that soft spoken, jolly fat man persona if allegations are true.

Fury needs to get that mma fight out of his system then since he's not going to fight any real fighters at heavy in boxing.

What nonsense do you speak? Fighters fighting the best, a fighter getting big fights based on merit not popularity, LOL Only a bafoon speaks this way. You must be an old dude that watched boxing in the 60's and 70's.

If Fury wants the most money for the least amount of risk, I guess AJ fits the bill? That's if Fury felt Joshua was diminished and a surer win now?

You card makes sense. With all the Tyson Fury "hate'" going around, can he really say something big is coming, then fight a pushover? That doesn't make sense to me as far as money goes, I think it would not make as much money with the current sentiment towards him. If Fury fights someone with a decent chance of kicking his ass, now is the time.

70's is my time. I was a little dude in 75, but I remember watching with my pops. I always knew something good was gonna happen when he broke out the BBQ, Johnny Walker and coke. The chances of me getting my ass beat was very low when pops drank. Unfortunately he wasn't a big drinker. LOL

Fury is holding up the HW division by refusing to make big fights, instead knocking over stiffs. No doubt another one is coming.

He was never going to fight them anyway. Some potential realistic match-ups:

Nganou, John McDermott III, Price, Haye, Ike Ibebuchi, Holyfield, Canelo, fourth fight against Chisora, second fight with Whyte (if he loses to Chisora), Riddick Bowe.

... or he's going to keep fighting Wilder, over and over and over.
